At 11:29 of the second period in the Senators/Canadiens game, the referee initiated a review to determine if the puck entered the Montreal net in a legal fashion. The Toronto Situation Room upheld the referee's call on the ice that Erik Condra's shot deflected off Kyle Turris' body and entered the net in a legal fashion. According to Rule 78.4 "if an attacking player has the puck deflect into the net, off his skate or body, in any manner, the goal shall be allowed." Good Goal Ottawa.
Well, for me this one's concerning, the way we performed. Because three games in, playing a desperate team on the road, I was expecting something else than this. Right now, I'm just disappointed. The other games, I thought we did some things that you can build off your game. There wasn't a lot accomplished in tonight's game.
