Philadelphia Flyers defenseman Nicklas Grossmann, who left Tuesday's game against the New York Rangers in the first period, is listed by the team as day to day with a lower-body injury.

Grossmann leads the NHL with 68 blocked shots and is third on the Flyers with 60 hits.

In addition, the team said forward Matt Read, out since Feb. 20 with torn muscles in his rib cage, is day to day, and defenseman Andrej Meszaros, who injured his shoulder Feb. 24, also is day to day.

I've been getting frustrated lately, and the only thing keeping me sane was the team winning and other people stepping up and scoring. Then you just kind of let it go and realize you can end the series with one shot, that frustration goes away for a brief moment, and that's what happened.
