Blues recall Allen from AHL

The St. Louis Blues on Wednesday recalled goaltender Jake Allen from Peoria of the American Hockey League.

In five NHL games this season, Allen is 3-1-0 with a 2.62 goals-against average and .895 save percentage. In 34 AHL games with Peoria, the 22-year-old goalie is 13-18-2 with a 2.92 GAA, .904 save percentage and two shutouts.
