Projected lineups for Penguins, Flyers

PITTSBURGH -- The projected lines and defense pairings for Wednesday night's game between the Pittsburgh Penguins and Philadelphia Flyers at Consol Energy Center:

PENGUINS

Chris KunitzSidney CrosbyPascal Dupuis

Matt CookeEvgeni MalkinJames Neal

Beau BennettBrandon SutterTyler Kennedy

Tanner GlassJoe VitaleCraig Adams

Brooks OrpikPaul Martin

Matt NiskanenKris Letang

Simon DespresDeryk Engelland

Tomas Vokoun

Marc-Andre Fleury

Injured: None

Scratches: Robert Bortuzzo, Dustin Jeffrey, Zach Boychuk

Fleury started six of the previous seven, meaning Vokoun is in the Pittsburgh net for only the second time since Feb. 3. Bylsma was typically tight-lipped on his lineup after the morning skate, but expect Despres to return after being a healthy scratch in the previous contest in favor or Bortuzzo. Bylsma has said he wants to keep both rookies sharp.

FLYERS

Matt Read - Claude Giroux - Jakub Voracek

Danny Briere - Brayden Schenn - Wayne Simmonds

Maxime Talbot - Sean Couturier - Mike Knuble

Harry Zolnierczyk - Ruslan Fedotenko - Zac Rinaldo

Kimmo Timonen - Luke Schenn

Braydon Coburn - Nicklas Grossmann

Erik Gustafsson - Bruno Gervais

Ilya Bryzgalov

Brian Boucher

Scratched: Tom Sestito, Tye McGinn, Kurtis Foster

Injured: Scott Hartnell, Michael Leighton, Andrej Meszaros, Jody Shelley

Coming off a 7-0 win Monday afternoon at the New York Islanders, the Flyers had no reason to tinker with their lineup. Coach Peter Laviolette did some of that prior to the game on Long Island -- and with positive results. Wednesday morning, Briere talked about how much he liked being reunited with Schenn and Simmonds -- a unit that was together during the Stanley Cup Playoffs last season. Bryzgalov has started all but two of Philadelphia's games this season; he leads the NHL in games and minutes.
