Bruins forward Brad Marchand, who was considered questionable Wednesday morning, is in the lineup and will take his usual spot on a line with Patrice Bergeron and Tyler Seguin to start the game.
Aaron Johnson will again play for Seidenberg. He will be paired with Adam McQuaid to start the game.
Seidenberg logged 23:59 of ice time in the Bruins' season-opening 3-1 win over the Rangers on Saturday.
