Here are the projected lineups for Tuesday night's game between the Tampa Bay Lightning and the Carolina Hurricanes:

The Lightning had an optional skate this morning.

Garon will make his first start of the season in goal. Mikkelson will dress for the first time tonight in place of Brian Lee, while Tyrell makes his season debut, replacing Pierre-Cedric Labrie.
