CHL award for Lethbridge's Yakubowski

The accolades keep piling up for Lethbridge Hurricanes forward Jaimen Yakubowski. First it was being named WHL player of the week. And Tuesday, he was named Canadian Hockey League Player of the Week.

The highlight of Yakubowski's week was his five-goal game Friday in an 8-7 shootout loss to the Medicine Hat Tigers. In two WHL seasons, it was the first time he had scored more than two goals in a game.

Yakubowski's big week saw him total six goals and three assists, and gives him a team-high 19 goals this season.
