To the victors go the spoils, as well as some pretty impressive jewelry.

Los Angeles Kings players on Monday received their jewel-encrusted championship rings, made by famed jeweler Tiffany and Co. The face of the ring features the Kings logo comprised of 136 round diamonds among pave-set black spinels. STANLEY CUP is engraved above the logo, CHAMPIONS below it. Each player's name and number is on one side of the ring, while the other side features the Stanley Cup and 16:10, he Kings' record in the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Inside the ring is the score of ever Kings playoff game from last season.

The Stanley Cup can stand out even in a room of more than 100 trophies.

The Cup won by the Los Angeles Kings visited UCLA on Friday during executive Dan Beckerman's day with it. Beckerman, the president and CEO of owners AEG, accompanied it to the UCLA Hall of Fame, where the Bruins' winnings are displayed.

"This room that we are standing in right now has 111 championship trophies that UCLA has, and one that the Kings won this last year," UCLA athletic director Dan Guerrero told Sportsmedia101.com. "This is the right place for this trophy to be displayed."

When Los Angeles Kings' Hall of Fame broadcaster Bob Miller found out he would be spending an evening with the Stanley Cup, he made sure to invite some longtime friends to the party.

One of the first people he invited to the festivities was Nashville Predators play-by-play man Pete Weber, who served as a Kings television and radio analyst alongside Miller from 1978-81. The longtime friends go as far back as their college broadcasting days when Miller was at the University of Wisconsin and Weber was at Notre Dame.

"He called us when the date was set in stone and asked if we could make it out. We said we'll make it. It might have taken 10 seconds for us to say yes," Weber said. "It was a tremendous situation. And I was very careful, I did not touch the Cup."

After months of crisscrossing the globe to spend time with Los Angeles Kings players and staff, the Stanley Cup made its return to Southern California last week.

It started on Tuesday when the Cup visited South Park Studios, where the show's creators, Trey Parker and Matt Stone, got to spend some time with the most iconic trophy in sports. The Cup made a similar stop to the South Park offices after the Kings won the franchise's first championship in 2012.

Los Angeles Kings general manager Dean Lombardi put the Stanley Cup in the doghouse over the weekend.

Not just any dog's house, though. Lombardi took the Cup to Santa Rosa, Calif., on Sunday and to the Charles M. Schulz Museum. Schulz is most famous for penning the "Peanuts" comic strip, and Hockey Hall of Fame Keeper of the Cup Phil Pritchard photographed Lombardi with the Cup in Snoopy's dog house.

Schulz, as Helene Elliott of the Los Angeles Times noted, was an avid hockey fan.

The only native of Utah to win the Stanley Cup twice, Los Angeles Kings forward Trevor Lewis brought it home again Wednesday.

"All my family and friends are here," Lewis told Good4Utah.com. "So there is no better place to bring it back to. I've seen all the support I had last time, and seeing it again is great."

More than 6,000 people were on hand at the state capitol in Salt Lake City, according to the Deseret News.

"It's crazy and unreal," Lewis told the newspaper.

Defenseman Alec Martinez, who scored the overtime goal that gave the Los Angeles Kings their second Stanley Cup in three seasons, celebrated with his family Monday at his home in Allen, Texas, near Dallas.

While assistant coach Davis Payne, who had the Cup on Sunday in Kamloops, British Columbia, filled it with cheeseburgers, Martinez opted for Fruit Loops instead.

Martinez scored 14:43 into the second OT of Game 5 of the Final to give the Kings a 3-2 victory against the New York Rangers. He also scored the overtime winner against the Chicago Blackhawks in Game 7 of the Western Conference Final.

Still basking in the glow of winning the Stanley Cup for the first time, Los Angeles Kings assistant coach Davis Payne wanted to bring hockey's ultimate prize back home to Kamloops, British Columbia. He received his opportunity this weekend when he returned to the place he still considers his hometown despite spending most of his time in Southern California.

"It's a chance now to pay it back and celebrate and share all this stuff with everybody that was an important part of it all the way along," Payne told KamloopsThisWeek.com in June. "All the coaches in Kamloops, all the friends and teammates that I have that are still there,"

Thursday was a memorable day in the life of Los Angeles Kings goaltending coach Bill Ranford. He had two reasons -- and trophies -- to celebrate.

Ranford spent the day with not only the Stanley Cup he and the Kings won in June, but with the Calder Cup; his nephew, Brendan Ranford, won the American Hockey League championship with the Texas Stars.

Los Angeles Kings goalie Martin Jones enjoyed a homecoming with the Stanley Cup when he returned to his native North Vancouver for a celebration at the North Shore Winter Club, where Jones played minor hockey.

Founded in 1958, the club's alumni feature current NHL players including Jones, Evander Kane (Winnipeg Jets), Kyle Turris (Ottawa Senators) and Drayson Bowman (Carolina Hurricanes). The NSWC and its members welcomed Jones home with a parade through town during which he showed off the Cup while atop a Zamboni.

"I remember playing here for four years and those were some amazing memories I had here, so to come back and have that kind of welcome was awesome," Jones told the Vancouver Sun. "I think that's what's so special about this thing, when you're able to share it, especially at a place where you spent a lot of time as a kid. And to come back and give back a little bit it's fun for them and it's fun for me as well. There's some happy kids out there, so that's what it's all about for sure."
