Goalie talk big part of Cisco NHL Live

There's goalie news all over the NHL today, and Cisco NHL Live with Steve Mears and EJ Hradek at 5 p.m. ET on NHL Network, will get you caught up with everything between the pipes. Darren Pang will join the show to break down the Vezina Trophy finalists, as well as the news that Tomas Vokoun will start in goal for the Pittsburgh Penguins in Game 5 of their Eastern Conference Quarterfinal series against the New York Islanders. On the other side, the Islanders' Casey Cizikas will join the program to talk about his team winning Game 4 to tie the series at 2-2.

Hall-of-Fame defenseman Brian Leetch will be on the show via the Cisco NHL Arena Cam from Madison Square Garden. We'll also have pre-game reports from the Bruins-Maple Leafs, Capitals-Rangers and Kings-Blues from our reporters on-site and give you a live look-in on the early games in our Ice Pass.

Cisco NHL Live previews Tuesday's playoff action

The growing rivalry between the Ottawa Senators and Montreal Canadiens continues Tuesday night with Game 4 at Scotiabank Place. Steve Mears and EJ Hradek on Cisco NHL Live at 5 p.m. ET on NHL Network will preview that matchup and the rest of tonight's Stanley Cup Playoff games. CBC analyst Cassie Campbell-Pascall will join us via the Cisco NHL Arena Cam in Ottawa to set the scene.

We'll also have pregame reports from the Penguins-Islanders, Blackhawks-Wild and Canucks-Sharks matchups from our reporters on site and give you a live look-in on the early games in our Ice Pass.

'Amazing Race' winner Battaglia on Cisco NHL Live

The first round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs continues with two Game 3s in the Eastern Conference and two Game 4s in the Western Conference. Get ready for all the battles with Steve Mears and EJ Hradek on Cisco NHL Live at 5 p.m. ET Monday on NHL Network. We'll have game reports from all four cities with the latest news from each locker room.

It has been nine years in the making, but the day is finally here for Maple Leafs fans as Toronto hosts its first playoff game since 2004. We'll fire up the Cisco NHL Arena Cam to get a preview and a behind-the-scenes peak on warmups.

Plus, "Amazing Race" winner and former NHL player Bates Battaglia joins the show. The retired winger will tell us how it feels to win the $1 million prize.

Stanley Cup a special guest on Cisco NHL Live

The Stanley Cup Playoffs are heating up and Cisco NHL Live with Steve Mears and E.J. Hradek, at 5 p.m. ET Friday on NHL Network will have you covered. We'll have New York Rangers fan and Inside the Actors Studio host James Lipton on our set, as well as Keeper of the Cup Phil Pritchard with the Stanley Cup live.

Sidney Crosby returns to the ice tonight for the Pittsburgh Penguins in Game 2 against the New York Islanders, and we'll go live to Pittsburgh for a full report. NHL Network analyst Barry Melrose will join the show to give his opinion on some of the coaching moves in the playoffs, and Eddie Olczyk checks in to discuss the playoffs and his favorite to win the Kentucky Derby.

Capitals owner Leonsis guests on Cisco NHL Live

The Stanley Cup Playoffs continue as we get ready for two Game 1s in the Eastern Conference and two Game 2s in the Western Conference on Thursday. Cisco NHL Live with Steve Mears and E.J. Hradek, at 5 p.m. ET on NHL Network, will get you ready for all four matchups.

Washington Capitals chairman and majority owner Ted Leonsis joins us as the Capitals prepare to face the New York Rangers in Game 1. We'll also fire up our Cisco NHL Arena Cam in Montreal with former player and CBC analyst Garry Galley to get a live preview as the Montreal Canadiens open up their series with the Ottawa Senators.

In the West, Anaheim Ducks forward Nick Bonino will talk to us via the Cisco NHL Arena Cam in Anaheim as the Ducks look for a 2-0 series lead over the Detroit Red Wings. We'll also talk to Hall-of-Famer Brett Hull in St. Louis as the St. Louis Blues look to win back-to-back games against the defending Stanley Cup champion Los Angeles Kings.

Bourque talking Bruins on Cisco NHL Live

Six teams get ready to start their quest for the Stanley Cup on Wednesday and Cisco NHL Live on the NHL Network will get you ready for all three games. Hosts EJ Hradek and Steve Mears will take you inside all of the arenas for a live preview of each matchup.

Plus, Hall of Famer Ray Bourque visits the show to help us preview the Boston Bruins' postseason. The Hall of Famer also will discuss his latest off-ice passion.

In the Western Conference, the Chicago Blackhawks have plenty to celebrate. In addition to their overtime win against the Minnesota Wild in Game 1 on Tuesday, it was announced Wednesday that the Presidents' Trophy winners will host the Pittsburgh Penguins next season at Soldier Field next season. Blackhawks coach Joel Quenneville will join us to react to that news and look ahead to Game 2 against Minnesota.
