Cisco NHL Live gets you set for Hawks-Ducks

As the Chicago Blackhawks host the Vancouver Canucks on Tuesday night, they look to tie the 2006-07 Anaheim Ducks for the longest point streak to start a season. Cisco NHL Live with Steve Mears and EJ Hradek, at 5 p.m. ET on the NHL Network, will have that matchup covered. We'll get live updates from our Cisco NHL Arena cam and NHL Network's Barry Melrose take on the big Western Conference matchup. Plus, we'll talk to former player and current Ducks assistant coach Scott Niedermayer, who won the Cup with Anaheim in 2007.

Four teams that faced off in last year's Stanley Cup Playoffs will renew their rivalries Tuesday night as the Nashville Predators face the Detroit Red Wings and the San Jose Sharks travel to St. Louis to play the Blues. We'll get you ready for those big games and Pittsburgh Penguins forward Pascal Dupuis will also stop by the program.

NHL 13 Prediction: LA Kings vs. Blackhawks

The Chicago Blackhawks spoiled the LA Kings' banner raising ceremony on the first night of the season, silencing the home crowd with a 5-2 victory. Since then, they have showed no signs of slowing down and have yet to lose in regulation this season. The Kings boast a deep roster of talented players, and an elite goaltender, but are off to a slow start this season.

Find the Official NHL® 13 Game Prediction below. Watch the LA Kings take on the Chicago Blackhawks February 17th at 3:30 ET.
Sharks' Keys to the Game

• Help Quick – Jonathan Quick is an elite goaltender, but has had a slow start to the season. Quick needs to get back to form, but will need a reliable defense in front of him to do their part.

• Contain Kane – The talented winger sits 2nd in the NHL in scoring and has been dominant recently with 9 points in his last 5 games. The Kings must do a good job of containing the Hawks' stars to stay in this one.

Blackhawks' Keys to the Game

• Stay Hot – Start strong and keep the pace for a 60 minute game. The Blackhawks are on a roll in nearly every category. They need their stars to remain hot, and keep the pressure on throughout the game.

Three Stars
