Duncan Keith rode in style to surprise some 100 beach-goers with the Stanley Cup on Friday.

"He got out of the convertible and he came down to the beach, I guess it's probably 50 meters or something like that, and as he was approaching the beach he lifted the cup above his head and, of course, there was a big cheer from the crowd," resident Bill Shead told CBC.

Blackhawks honored with giant corn maze

The self-proclaimed world's largest corn maze is honoring the Chicago Blackhawks.

Richardson Adventure Farm carved 11 miles of trails to feature the Blackhawks logo.

"So we called our maze designer out in Idaho and asked if he had time to create a new design," George Richardson told WLS-TV Eyewitness News. "Then we got permission from the Blackhawks to use their logo. The result is a bold design with the Blackhawks logo in the center and the Chicago skyline in the background, flanked by two hockey players and the word 'Champions.'"
