VANCOUVER, British Columbia (AP) -The Vancouver Canucks found the perfect cure for an early season slide: Two straight games against the Edmonton Oilers.

Henrik Sedin set up twin brother Daniel for two goals 2:18 apart in the second period to break open a close game and help the Canucks sweep back-to-back games against Edmonton with a 4-1 win on Saturday night.

Vancouver lost its first two home games by a combined score of 11-3 before winning 5-2 in Edmonton on Friday and beating the Oilers again on Saturday, pushing the Canucks win streak against their Northwest Division rivals to seven games.

"It feels like we always play good against them, said Henrik Sedin, who added his third assist on Taylor Pyatt's goal in the third period. "I don't know why that is, but it's just been that way.

Brendan Morrison also scored and Roberto Luongo made 27 saves for the Canucks, who have outscored Edmonton 30-12 since their last loss to the Oilers on Dec. 4, 2006.

The Sedins have been a big part of that, combining for 31 points in their last 10 games against Edmonton. They were at it again Saturday, scoring twice to break open a close game.

The twins helped pin Edmonton in its own end for an entire two-minute power play that included Mattias Ohlund hitting the post, but didn't score until 15 seconds after it ended. Henrik's passed from the left boards to his brother, who fired a wrist shot just past Dwayne Roloson's blocker.

"We had the puck a long time and we had a lot of chances, Henrik said. "But when that happens and they get the fifth guy out, it usually ends up in the other net, so we were fortunate to get the puck one more time and Daniel was really patient holding onto it to wait out the goalie.

Daniel Sedin showed his patience again on the next power play, taking a drop pass from his brother, walking out of the corner and waiting until Roloson was down and out - with forward Markus Naslund lying on top of him - before snapping a shot into an empty net. Roloson protested, but replays showed the Oilers goalie was already on the ice when Naslund backed into him.

"I thought we played (the Sedin twins) okay and then they got loose in the second period on the power play, said Oilers head coach Craig MacTavish. "Five on five we did a better job than we've done against them in a while.

Andrew Cogliano banged in a rebound of Jarret Stoll's short-handed breakaway to break up Luongo's shutout with 7:39 left. It was too late for the Oilers, who have lost four straight since starting the season with two wins.

It s not what we wanted after six games, but you can t panic now, Stoll said.

The Oilers actually outplayed Vancouver most of the first period, outshooting them 9-2 before Morrison scored on his own rebound with 44 seconds left.

"We had as good a period as we've had here for a while in the first and then we get two power plays in the last six minutes of the first and we end up out of the period 1-0 down, said MacTavish. "That was a sign of things to come."

Roloson, who celebrated his 38th birthday Friday with a relief appearance after Mathieu Garon was pulled early in the second period, finished with 18 saves.

Luongo, who was pulled after the first period of an 8-2 loss to Philadelphia on Wednesday, made best stop on a puck that deflected dangerously off his own defenseman early in the second. He also snagged Cogliano s hard wrist shot from the slot with the game still 1-0 a few minutes later.

"I felt pretty good, Luongo said. "When the guys are there to take away sticks and clear away rebounds it makes my job a lot easier.
