Iginla will try to continue his torrid scoring pace when the Flames host the struggling Blues at the Pengrowth Saddledome.
After scoring just four goals in his first 21 games, Iginla has 12 in his last 16, including a hat trick in the Flames' 4-4 tie with the Los Angeles Kings on Tuesday night.
"Hopefully, this is the start of a run for me and for my line," said Iginla, Calgary's team captain.
The Flames are 2-2-1 in their last five games, but squandered a pair of two-goal leads in Tuesday's tie with the Kings.
"We've got to be hungrier," Iginla said. "We had two two-goal leads. We scored enough goals to win, but we didn't. It's not so much the quantity of shots we're giving up, it's that they're very prime scoring chances."
St. Louis is coming off a 5-3 loss at Edmonton on Wednesday night, extending the Blues' season-high winless streak to eight (0-7-1).
"It's time to take a long hard look and see what kind of team we're going to be," Pronger said. "(We need to look) at each other and say ' Hey, we are going to get out of this funk.' It's a battle to come to the rink right now."
The Blues went a franchise-record 12 straight games (0-10-2) without a win during the 1977-78 season.
